Registration fee is RM10.00 per person (irrespective of the number of categories you participate in)
payable into MMLM Public Bank account no. 3137894528.

Participants can register for more than one category. However, each participant will be entitled to one prize only in the category that he/she obtains the best score.

Registration fee is WAIVED for :
a) Children aged 6 or under.
b) Students of primary schools, secondary schools and institutions of higher education.
c) Senior citizens: born in or before 1963 (aged 60 and above).

Past winners of first prizes for two years in the same competition are not eligible to participate for the next two years.

The best scorer in the senior citizen category shall be considered for a prize provided there is a minimum number of 20 participants in the senior citizen category.

Group Registration - Representing School (e.g. School/College/University) 

• The representative teacher from the school may click here to download the Excel sheet to fill in all participants' details. The representative teacher must then email the completed Excel template to mmlm@utar.edu.my

Group Registration - NOT Representing School (e.g. Training Centre/Club)

• The representative may click here to download the Excel sheet to fill in all participants' details. The representative must then email the completed Excel template (together with proof of payment) to mmlm@utar.edu.my

Individual Registration - Representing School (e.g. School/College/University)

• If you are a student representing School/College/University, please provide correct information of the School/College/University. We will need your teacher's or lecturer’s name and contact number for verification that you are an active student of the School/College/University.

Individual Registration – NOT Representing School (e.g.Training Centre/Club/Individual)

• If you are NOT representing school, kindly send your proof of payment to mmlm@utar.edu.my after submitting the completed form.

Closing date of registration: 30 August 2023

Fees paid are NOT refundable.

Announcement of Results

Winners’ results will be posted on www.utar.edu.my/mmlm in October 2023. You can view your results online until
10 November 2023. Winners will be notified via email and invited to attend the award ceremony at the 17th Malaysia Festival of the Mind in conjunction with Kuala Lumpur Engineering Science Fair 2023.

The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.

Important:
1. Please email the bank-in slip / receipt to mmlm@utar.edu.my
2. Please indicate the participant's name and competition categories i.e. Memory Competition / Mind Mapping Competition / Mental Calculation Competition in the bank-in slip / receipt.

Terms & Conditions:

1. All registrations MUST be accompanied with payment.
2. Fees paid are not refundable but replacement of participants may be allowed.
3. The Malaysia Mental Literacy Movement (MMLM) reserves the right to make any amendments and/or changes to the competitions if warranted by circumstances beyond its control. However, the MMLM shall notify the participant 3 days prior to the event for any changes.
4. Personal data collected will be protected in accordance to Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
5. Fees paid are not refundable.
